Late last year we had a question from one of our clients. ‘What can I do to stop bad reviews before they happen?’
We thought long and hard about it – and came with with the idea that a question based review page would be the best option. So rather than promote ‘Review Us On Facebook’, the restaurant could push people to a review/feedback page.
This page would ask them ‘Did You Enjoy Your Meal?’ If Yes was selected, they would go to a page where they could find all the social media URL’s of the business to leave a review on… If No was selected, they would be sent to a contact form – capturing the negative feedback before it hit social media.
It’s a simple plugin, solving a very important problem for any customer facing businesses – and now anyone can sell this as a service.
